Blake Shelton to Co-Host ACM Awards With Reba

Here is some breaking Country Music news from WGNA. The ACM sent me press release earlier this afternoon infroming me that Blake Shelton will co-host the ACM Awards with Reba.

When Blake got the invite from Reba here's what he had to say.

This is an incredibly special moment for me,I am humbled that Reba invited me to co-host the ACM Awards with her. She is not only a mentor to me but a true friend. She continually supports other artists, which is a testament really to her beauty and talent. You will definitely have to tune-in and check it out. With the two of us together on live TV, you never know what we might say!

Blake won the 2010 CMA Awards "Male Vocalist of The Year" award and is strongly considered to be a favorite in that category at the upcoming ACM Awards.

The 46th Annual ACM Awards will be broadcast on Sunday, April 3rd from the MGM Grand Gardens Arena in Las Vegas at 8pm on CBS Television. Locally that would be channel 6 WRGB.

WGNA knows what a talent Blake Shelton is, and had Blake as the headliner of WGNA's Country Fest in July of 2010. He was incredible as always.
