Billy Currington has received his sentence from the court - five years probation and a $1,000 fine.  Plus, he's been ordered to attend anger management classes.

Billy plead no contest to a charge of abuse of an elderly person after an alleged altercation with a 70-year-old tour boat captain in Georgia in April. He also made terroristic treats during the incident, according to police.

Currington surrendered the following day and was released on $25,000 bail.
