Big & Rich To Reunite For A Tour

I was checking out my twitter earlier today when i saw a tweet that really caught my attention. It said:

BIG$RICH$GretchenWilson tour w/CowboyTroy and 2FootFred BOOKING UP NOW for summer/fall 2011!! Confirmed dates posted at www.johnrich.com!!

I am really psyched to hear this, I am a really Big (no pun intended) Big & Rich fan.I became a fan before their first album even came out. Some of you may remember  they played a free listener appreciation show at Northern Lights around 8 years ago with Jo Dee Messina, Josh Turner and others and was intriuged by this duo.  Then their first Album "Horse Of A Different Color" came out and i was hooked. I have been a fan ever since. I like the fact they are so different, combining rock, rap and soul into their songs. I also like the fact that they are a couple of wacky guys. My kinda people!

Our Sister site Taste of Country has more info about this tour with Gretchen Wilson and Cowboy Troy. So far no dates in this area, but I will cross my fingers that they do or at least come within a reasonable driving distance. This show is gonna rock!
