If you like to go for bike rides but may be worried that you could be stranded, a company that is synonymous with help will now be available. American Automobile Association (AAA) has launched a program that would help bicyclists who are stranded. Whether it's a flat tire or a busted chain, AAA is now just a phone call away to help. The program is offered for free for AAA members. The responders won't be able to change your tire or fix your chain, but they will be able to give you a ride home, to a bike repair shop or to your vehicle.

You will summons help the same way you would if your car was broken down. You just call 1-800-AAA-HELP. AAA will also provide stickers with the number that can be put right on your bike. AAA vehicles are not allowed on trails, but they can pick you up close to your location and are all fitted with bike racks to transport you and your bike wherever you need to go. The service is available to all AAA members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
