Best Ways to Celebrate the Holidays in the Capital Region
Finally, Thanksgiving is over and now nobody can tell you that it's too early to start getting ready for Christmas. With that in mind, I thought I would help you plan out your December by showing you just some of the great holiday festivities that will be going on in the Capital Region.
What better way to get you into the Christmas spirit than a good old fashion parade? Make sure you make your way out to Johnstown to take part in the Johnstown Holiday Parade & Colonial Stroll.
We all love a good Christmas song, but how about seeing them performed by an orchestra at the Palace Theatre? The Magic of Christmas will be performing all types of holiday music from your favorite carols to some more classical music.
I don't think I have to explain to you how important it is to at least try to go see a performance of The Nutcracker during the holiday season. Luckily a performance is being brought here to Proctors Theatre
If you can't decide on whether or not you would want to see The Nutcracker, or a play rendition of A Charlie Brown Christmas, fret not. You can see both, and your Christmas will be saved.
