The Belmont Child Care Association (The BCCA) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation whose mission is to raise the financial resources necessary to maintain a quality child care center, Anna House, for the benefit of working families at the New York Racing Association’s Thoroughbred racetracks (NYRA).

The BCCA is committed to providing early childhood education to the children of the backstretch workers, serving as an advisory board to its child care service provider and as a liaison between the child care center and racetrack management and other services. The BCCA is independent of the New York Racing Association and all other backstretch charities.

Although quality child care is expensive, The BCCA ensures that a lack of financial resources will not prevent backstretch families from taking advantage of the services that Anna House offers.
