Before you jump to conclusions, business is good. In fact, co-owners Chris Pratt and Alessio Depoli have said they've made money on the establishment. So, why sell? According to the Times Union, Pratt said,

"...the pair’s other businesses — The Capital Bistro, Pearl Street Pub, Steuben St. Market and Public House 42, all in downtown Albany — consume so much of their time that the saloon became a management burden."

The Barrel Saloon has been in operation for 6-years in downtown Albany and will close in July. In Mid-August get ready for Lost & Found, which will take its place and include craft-beer and casual dining.
