Ballard School Is Cool – Reading, Writing and Rhyming [VIDEO]

Mrs. Couchman's kids were so awesome, I didn't want to leave.  How this all came together so fast is a story in itself.

Since I had just completed a song for Wilton for my weekly feature, Your Town Thursday, I thought it would be equally  great to find a school in the area and write one with them as well.

I would like to thank principal Michael Huchro and teacher Mrs. Couchman for being so accommodating and letting me visit on one day's noticed.  And when you hear what these very creative 4th graders did to parody Kenny Loggin's song FOOTLOOSE, you will see why I am raving about them.  (photos to follow)
