Baked Pizza Guy Mistakenly Delivers Weed to Customer’s House

The pizza should be baked, not the pizza delivery guy. Police in Hudson Falls say a pizza delivery person accidentally delivered a large amount of pot to customers who were supposed to get pizza and wings.  And when the pizza delivery guy and the customer couldn't hash things out, that's when things got violent.

According to a report from Newschannel 13 ,19-year-old Christopher Colio made things worse by allegedly threatening the customers with a knife and fighting one of them to get his weed back. That led to one of the customers suffering a minor cut to one of his hands during a struggle in the home and the delivery man facing a host of serious charges.

Colio turned himself in according to the Post Star a few hours later and was arraigned and sent to Washington County Jail for lack of bail. The charges came in addition to a misdemeanor drug count that was filed against him July 17 after he was found to have concentrated cannabis, police said.

Authorities think he simply left the wrong bag and the pizza shop was not involved.
