I have always said that Dierks Bentley is so cool that you get cooler just by standing near him. The guy has a great, laid-back, "nothing bothers me" personality. I guess now we know how he stays so care-free, apparently he has a New Year's tradition of doing a "Polar Plunge" to insure he has a great year.
This video kills me! I really just don't know what to think of it.
On one hand, I am against any sort of physical violence, at a public outing especially. On the other hand, I know you can't threaten a mom's kids, no matter how old they are, without mom getting upset. I think, though, I am most pleased that someone actually found a use for a song by Miley Cyrus.
So I was perusing the interwebs this morning and found a pretty fun new video. You know those "before they were stars" shows you have seen on TV? Well I guess this site, "Screen Junkies," has compiled a few videos showing stars that have made it big in some of their earlier performances. Almost always those earlier works were commercials.
If you missed Pet Connection today on the Sean and Richie Show, here is another chance for you to take a look at a couple of great pets up for adoption. Let's take a look at the pets featured today. Tune in every Thursday at 7:20 a.m. to hear the stories of incredible (and adoptable!) pets.
So as I watched football yesterday with a houseful of fans of different teams, we tried very hard to come up with all the different playoff scenarios: who had to beat who and who had to lose to see our favorite teams get into the playoffs.
This time of year, it really does get confusing, especially when you are one of those teams like the Patriots, who know they are in, but can wind up being anything from the first to the fourth seed.
I always say that yes, I believe that men and women are equals but never make the mistake that they are the same! Truly we are so very different about the way we look at things and make out way through the world. I guess there is not much of a better way to really see the differences as when we are celebrating the holidays.
Maureen Hancock has won me over now for sure. You may remember when she first started coming on our show she helped my father talk to me and it was quite an emotional experience. That time however, I had asked her to go ahead and make that contact. today my Mom chose to stop waiting to be asked and just came through all on her own.
Call me a geek, I don't care but this just excited me today! I wasn't even sure they were going to make a sequel to "Rise". While I was not a fan of the reboot to the "Planet of the Apes" franchise that starred Mark Wahlberg some years ago, I thought that "Rise of the Planet of the Apes" was amazing.
