ATM’s With No Fees Out Of Network Are A Reality

Last week I had to get $60 out of an ATM. It was not at my bank so I was frustrated to see a $3 fee for the transaction for a lousy $60.

Many Americans other than me hate these fees to get at our money. In New York City a guy has actually figured out how to let you get your money with no fees at an out of network ATM.

How? Simple, use advertising to offset the fees. If you're willing to watch a 10 second commercial while your transaction is processing then there is no fee. If you opt not to watch the commercial for 10 seconds, then you can opt out and pay a $3 fee. If that's me, I'm watching that damn commer
