The "Daily Dilemma" on the Sean and Richie Show is featured every weekday morning at 6:40am. We and the listeners take on someone's problems and try to offer different perspectives. Now, these don't have to be huge problems- it could just be something bothering you or a friend, or it could be some little thing you and another just can't agree on. If you have a dilemma to share we'd love to hear it just e-mail us here at the show.

Here is today's dilemma:

We have a new girl working in our office who's 25. Not surprisingly, it's only the second job she's ever had.

But the other day I found out that she still lives at home with her parents. She has a decent salary, but she still lives at home.

To me, that's weird. Why live at home when you're actually making money? Also, she's in her mid-twenties. shouldn't she be out of the house?

This has started sort a fun debate at the office, One guy says, hey if you can get away without paying all the bills to get your own place, why not? I think the lack of need for independence that kids have today is disturbing.

What's the oldest age it's acceptable for someone to live with their parents? Shouldn't you be done with all that once you have a "real" job?
