Associated Press Twitter Account Hacked – Bogus Post Caused Stock Market Dive

Some truly sick SOB did the unthinkable earlier today while we were all working.They hacked the Twitter account of the Associated Press a trusted worldwide news source. They then proceeded to post a bogus tweet stating that there was a White House bombing and the President was injured. This was not true at all. However seeing it on the AP Twitter made many believe it was and it caused the stock market to take a huge fall until they found out it was false.
