In the story that I saw on News 10 ABC, that after an almost year long investigation, it was discovered that the mother and father, 22-year-old Heather Sartin and 20-year-old Zachery Bevers were responsible for allegedly biting the baby and not getting medical attention for the baby.

This happened almost a year ago when Child Protective Services got involved and told police about the bite mark on the baby.

It’s still uncertain which parent really bit the child. The baby’s wounds appear to have healed.
