Are Teachers Falling Behind The Times? – Daily Dilemma

The "Daily Dilemma" on the Sean and Richie Show is featured every weekday morning at 6:40am. We and the listeners take on someone's problems and try to offer different perspectives. Now, these don't have to be huge problems- it could just be something bothering you or a friend, or it could be some little thing you and another just can't agree on. Here is today's dilemma:

(I have to say that this is more of a "topic" than a dilemma but our listener took the time to write in and wants your opinion , so I went with it. Perhaps if we as a country fall behind in education this could one day become a very big dilemma for all of us.)

I am a college student and my professor ask my class if we think teachers are teaching the "old way" and not using technology to their advantage? Are chalk boards not getting the job done. Many students think that teachers and professors need to use videos and do things to entertain the class rather than lecture for  3 hours.

I wanted to see what people thought about this subject.
