Another Legend On The Road

Over the past few months we've been reminded that several legends in country music are still quite active recording, touring, and promoting new projects.

Country music veterans Kenny Rogers, Bill Anderson, Willie Nelson, Neal McCoy, Randy Travis, Steve Wariner have all released new music in the Fall of 2013. Now, Country Music Hall of Famer Dolly Parton, 67, has announced a big international tour and a new Lifetime Television Christmas movie- A Country Christmas Story (also starring Brian McKnight and Mary Kay Place). Fans will be thrilled to know that the international tour will also support a new album, of all new music, titled Blue Smoke.

Check out Dolly on the Queen Latifah Show. Remember, Latifah and Parton starred in the movie Joyful Noise.

Now we just have to hope for a Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton reunion tour to promote that beautiful new song, 'You Can't Make Old Friends!'
