Another Albany Area Day Trip

I mentioned five Albany area day trips a few weeks ago. I also showed you pictures of Five Rivers, near Delmar. My wife, Linda and I took some time to go to these places. This time it was to Albany's Pine Bush Preserve. You'll see many different plants, some wildlife, including a snake, and some of the well marked trails. There's even a little lake which I never saw before, that's in the preserve area across from the WGNA studios, on Kings Road.

Just a word to the wise, where appropriate clothing like good hiking shoes or sneakers and long sleeves and pants - not shorts. Remember to tuck your pants into your socks, to protect yourself from ticks. I ended up with two of them on me.
