I've never really noticed having allergies before and I've lived in the 518 my whole life but I feel like this year they're terrible and I need help with what to do about them.

I know everyone's allergies are different and a runny nose here and there doesn't really bother me but when it messes with my voice, I'm not okay with that. My job is to talk on the radio so when you take my voice away, what am I supposed to do?

My allergies started with one of my eyes watering every so often. Then, my voice got less and less powerful. You could still understand me but it was definitely deeper. Last, on Friday, I woke up and completely lost my voice altogether. I barely talked on the show because you couldn't hear me.

I don't feel like taking an allergy pill is going to do anything, I mean it's my voice, not my nose. Maybe it's because I'm a redhead but I feel like Ariel from The Little Mermaid and my allergies are Ursula. GIVE ME MY VOICE BACK! Do you have any idea what I could do? How can I get it so I can talk at a normal octave again?
