As we enjoy another October day in the mid 70's, its hard to believe what Accuweather is predicting.

That's right. The cold and snow winter is a comin'! You would think the warm fall we are having would be an indicator of a mild winter to come, but that us just not the case. According to Accuweather, this is our weather out look for Albany and the Northeastern United States:

A chilly winter is in store for the Northeast and mid-Atlantic, particularly when compared to last year. For most of both regions, this will translate to an above-normal snow season.

The outlook goes on to predict snow on the ground for the holidays and a 'good ski season' ahead. So enjoy the flip flops and shorts while ya can this week. It is going to cool down a bit for a couple days, but it looks like we have a warm weekend ahead!
