Albany Vietnam Memorial Restored

Some National Grid employees were kept busy on Sunday, but it wan’t because there were any power outages.

They were volunteering their time to help restore the Vietnam Memorial in Lafayette Park, across from the New York State Capitol, in Albany. In the story from News 10 ABC, Albany Mayor Kathy Sheehan was on hand and about 25 volunteers were helping to dig a trench to put in new lights, plant flower beds and other tasks to help in the restoration project.
