Albany Teen Has Been Arrested For Allegedly Shooting An 11 Year-Old Girl In The Eye

On Saturday, March 16, 2013, 17 year-old Jordon Marbley from Albany, was in his back yard on North Allen Street, shooting a BB gun with his friends around 11:00 p.m..

According to a story that I saw on YNN, that’s when an 11 year-old girl came out of the house, and Marbley allegedly shot the girl in the left eye, accidentally. She lives on the second floor.

The girl went to the emergency room with serious eye injuries, which includes the loss of sight in her left eye. After that, the Albany Police were called to the scene of the shooting.

He was arraigned in Albany City Criminal Court and sent to the Albany County Jail. Marbley has been charged with second degree reckless assault.
