Albany Shooting: 1 Dead, 3 Other Shot At Central Avenue Bar

Albany police say an early Thanksgiving morning shooting left 1 dead and 3 injured.

A police spokesman told the Times Union 4 were shot inside Rocks on Central Avenue. One man passed away at Albany Medical Center, and 2 other men and a woman are still recovering from 'non-life-threatening injuries.'

Always sad to see a story like this any day of the year, but it's especially sad on a day like Thanksgiving when our sense of goodwill is typically heightened. It has to be an especially tough day today for the family of the victim who passed away. Hopefully the other other injured parties recover quickly.
