From a press release from the East Greenbush Police, they then pulled over 43-year-old Kristine M. Gould from Schenectady. She was given standard sobriety tests proving that Gould was intoxicated. A datamaster test was also done, and it was discovered that she had a .30 blood alcohol content.

Gould already had two DWI arrests before this one. Because of that, Schodack Town Justice Paul Peter set her bail at $15,000.00, and was sent to Rennselaer County Jail.

Gould was charged with aggravated DWI, felony DWI and failure to use a designated lane. She has a court date, today (February 23), for the felony charges. I would think that she would have learned her lesson especially after the second DWI.
