Albany Area Man Arrested For The 59th Time

Albany Police located 54-year-old Stephen J. Budesa, on Friday, and was turned over to, and booked by the East Greenbush Police Department.

Budesa stole $675 dollars worth of powdered baby formula at the East Greenbush CVS. In a press release from the East Greenbush Police Department. He did this by hiding the formula in his clothes and walking out of the store on two separate occasions – December 17, 2011 and January 23, 2012.

For Budesa, it was his 59^th time to get arrested. Budesa will appear in court on April 5. He was released his own personal recognizance. How can someone get arrested that many times? You would think there would be a point where it’s time to leave a person in jail.
