According to his grandfather, James Villeneuve, who’s a member of Boy Scout Troop 1099 in Menands, tracked down the owner of the phone and returned it. He was offered a $100 dollar reward, but he turned it down. That happened on Saturday.

Later that day, James was on his way to the Tulip Festival when he found a bag that had over $4,000 dollars in it. He noticed that the bag had some markings from CVS on it. In the story from WNYT, he brought the bag to a CVS that was nearby. The folks at the CVS were very grateful when James returned the bag.
