Alan Jackson‘s Florida home is up for grabs. The home sits on Juniper Island and can be yours for the bargain price of $14.9 million. That’s according to GossipExtra. Alan has owned the “home” for over 10-years. It’s 8,700 square feet. Apparently, his video for “Five O’Clock Somewhere” was filmed not too far from the place.
Zac Brown Band tour kicks off tonight in Las Vegas. They are also just about finished with their third studio album. That album should be released sometime this summer. They’ve also just released a new single which is called, “No Hurry.” So definitely be on the look out for that because no doubt it will be good!

There’s lots of buzz about Rascal Flatts coming to Albany next week. They of course have a new album coming out in the next few months. The album now has a name: “Changed.” The album will be available April 3rd and the boys say it’s their strongest album yet. Gary LeVox said the entire album was cut at Jay’s studio, in his house.
