After School Ballroom Dance Programs – Dance Crazy

Over the weekend I had the honor of playing music for a fundraiser to benefit the 'Dance Crazy' After-School Ballroom Dance Program.

One of the things I enjoyed about the night was the wide variety of music. The floor was filled with favorites by Frank Sinatra and Tony Bennett, Jennifer Lopez and Adelle, to Jerry Lee Lewis and Danny and the Juniors, even a waltz from Conway Twitty and Loretta Lynn.  More impressively, the dance floor was packed with novice to professionals from elementary school to active seniors. What a great night and what a great activity for anyone to try. Now we know why it looks so fun on television!
