ACM Random Musings

Was not on tv for a total of like 18 minutes of the 3 hour show!  He hosted, performed, appeared in skits, kept the show moving, and even found tim eto flirt with his own wax likeness.  Mentally exhausting and stressful stuff, he nailed it.

She really is the queen of Nashville and when she performs, she just jumps out of the screen and into your living room. No disrespect to Miranda Lambert, because she's great too, but how Carrie hasn't won Female Vocalist of the Year this decade (Lambert's won it 9 times consecutively) is amazing to me.

#Relationshipgoals  After 21 years they appear to be more in love now then ever before.  I've never had anyone look at me like she looked at him after 21 days. They sounded great together.  The album, the tour, it's gonna be a smash!

The ACM's are a celebration of country music.  It has a down home feel to it unlike any other.  Everyone appears to be a fan of everyone else; singing the lyrics and really having a good time.  No shade, no hate, no upstaging, no Kardashian's

Saw him at SPAC a few years ago and he was great! I like artists that tell a real story and have a bit of a dark side. Laugh all you want (Chrissy and Jess did) but he's my Spirit Cowboy.  Dark, a little bit mysterious, some pain, been through some crap. I don't drink beer often, but if I did, I'd toss a few back with Jason Aldean.

I knew it was coming, and I had seen it before, but I still couldn't decipher my co-host Chrissy from Carrie Underwood.  Gotta be the legs.
