First we heard reports of La Nina and a snowy winter. Then we heard no Nina and more normal conditions. Now Accuweather is changing it up once again.

According to the Time Union, Accuweather is predicting a very snow winter for the Northeast, won that will last well into spring!! The article says forecasters are saying '...frequent storms will bring above-normal snowfall to the Northeast.'

I don't know what to think about what will actually happen with the winter weather at this point. But here is what I know - no matter what the scenario, someone will be correct with their forecast. Because, well, it seems like every possible winter weather scenario has been predicted at his point by the NOAA, Accuweather and the Farmer's Almanac.

So, just like any winter, tune up the snow blower, get a fresh bag of rock salt in the garage and be prepared for whatever happens. And we'll high five the forecaster who got it right come Spring time!
