Aaron Lewis hates Tyler Farr's #1 hit song, "Redneck Crazy" and he's not afraid to say so.  In fact, he even does his own version as an answer to the original song.

Lewis, who you know as the frontman for the band Staind, and from his country song, "Country Boy" that did moderately well in 2010, thinks that Farr's song promotes violence against women.

He says stalking a girl because she broke up with you is dangerous and violent.  The only problem is, his parody is kinda violent too...

Tyler Farr is playing Vapor on March 27 - maybe we'll get a chance to talk to him about the controversy.  I'd like to see what he has to say about the original song, and his opinion of the remake.  What do you think?  Is Aaron Lewis just trying to get back in the news?  Or is he really worked up about it?
