A female student reached over to help the male and that’s when Guerette allegedly bit her. In a story from YNN, the bite marks turned into bruising and could still be seen after 48 hours when she was examined by school officials.

Guerette has been charged with one count of endangering the welfare of a child. That’s a misdemeanor. He has been released on an appearance ticket.

Parents of the Voorheesville School District have been notified of the situation by a letter on their website. The Albany County Sheriff’s Department is still investigating what happened, and to see if he made other unprofessional comments of inappropriate behavior.

What the heck is going on? First we had the grandmother that sold presents for crack, and now a elementary school teacher allegedly biting a student.
