In a story from News 10 ABC, Bernard Hamilton was skateboarding down Hill Road in Tannersville, when he went into the intersection of Route 23 and hit the marked police car.

There’s still an investigation being conducted. The New York State Police are looking to find anyone that may have information  to give them a call at 518-622-8600.

Tannersville is about 60 miles south of the Albany area.

Our prayers go out to Bernard’s family.
