After an investigation of three different agencies, David M. James of Scotia and Patricia A. Dunn from Galway were stopped by police as they drove on West Galway Road on Friday.

Baggies of Marijuana

From a story in the Times Union, both people were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and marijuana.

This happened after police allegedly found found drugs in their car. The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office reported that they found James and Dunn with at least a pound of pot, an ounce of concentrated cannabis and several packages of morphine.

Apparently, the car wasn’t the only place the drugs were found. Police also searched Dunn’s house. That’s where they found more marijuana. This was a result of an investigation that involved The Saratoga County Sheriff's Office, The U.S. Postal Service and The Capital District Drug Enforcement Task Force.

James and Dunn were sent to the Saratoga County Jail after they were arraigned on Galway Justice Court. Bail for the two was set at $10,000 dollars cash or $20,000 bond. I wonder if they knew the guy that I told you about that trashed his mom’s house because she broke his bong?
