A pizza delivery boy was on his way to deliver a pizza on Sunday night, when he came up to a house on fire on Lapp Road in Clifton Park.

After he pulled over to see if he could help, he called 9-1-1, and saw an elderly man, who told him that his wife was still inside the burning house. Raleigh Powell, the 20-year-old who was delivering pizzas for Upper Crust, ran into the burning house, and got the woman out to safety.

In a story from WTEN, Because he broke a window to get into the house, both of his arms are now bandaged up and he needed sutures after the glass broke his skin. He is in the Army Reserves, which actually prepared him to remain calm and help out in some serious situations. Raleigh Powell is one courageous person.
