“Basketball Wives” Evelyn Lozada Demanding $20 Thousand an Episode
Reality tv shows are not my thing, but I know a lot of people love them. Here’s a story that, let’s just say, makes me a little angry.

The show is “Basketball Wives”. These women that are becoming famous because of their “real” celebrity sports husbands, or some sort of relationship with a player. There’s one who claims that she’s done with the show unless she gets $20 thousand dollars per episode. Not a month, not a year, but an episode. I know people that barely make $20 thousand dollars a year.
TMZ is reporting that it’s Evelyn Lozada is the former fiance’ of The Idaho Stampede’s Antoine Walker. Now I have nothing against people making money, and it’s a good thing when you can, as long as it’s legal. But to complain that you want $20 thousand per episode is just plain ridiculous. All these big stars (and in this case, I use the term “star” loosely) that make tons of money and then want more. I know most of them do good things with charities, but when I hear about things like this, I would just love to have them trade places with people who aren’t anywhere near the financial situation they’re in, sort of like most of the people that I know. I also think about how many people can’t find a job.
So to Miss Lozada I say-please leave and don’t let the door knob hit you on the way out. Be thankful for what you’ve got.
There are also many stars and celebrities that probably don’t make what this woman is making, and they work twice as hard. Do you think these “stars” deserve that much money?
